British Penny Ice Cap Crossing 2011
In April/May 2011 Antony Jinman lead a small team across the Penny Ice Cap on Baffin Island. This expedition explored a new access route on to the ice cap and completed a first British crossing. This was the first interactive expedition for schools to follow via Education Through Expeditions.
Geographic North Pole 2010
The Geographic North Pole expedition saw Antony and his two team mates ski and snow shoe (and sometimes swam) over 500 miles from Cape Discovery to the Geographic North Pole in just 51 days, collecting valuable scientific data for the University of Plymouth.
BBC Inside Out Special – Solo Expedition on Baffin Island
This project was Antony’s 2nd solo expedition to Baffin Island through the Auyuittuq National Park.
Summer Expedition Baffin island 2009
The first Graduate Expedition to Baffin Island which enables young people to develop their cv’s and gain crucial fieldwork experience in the arctic environment. This video captures the thoughts and feelings on the land that never melts.
