Partnership with Channel-3 Clothing

Lee Spence, founder of Channel-3 clothing and I have had a couple of meetings discussing how we might be able to work together producing an “Education through Expedition” range of T-shirts.

The first I heard about Lee was through a meeting with Beth Clayton of Plymouth Youth Chambers. She simply said “you have to meet Lee”. Lee, at 19 set up his own online T-shirt company called Channel-3. Against all odds Lee took a big gamble at a young age to follow his own dreams and start his own company. This I understand all to well, it isn’t easy to take that first step into the unknown but with a bit of hard work and determination you can achieve what you want from life. We both believe that this message is important in both our work and would make fantastic combination promoting and inspiring people to make the most from life. No matter what the economic climate.

I am extremely excited by our first few meetings and find Lee’s ideas and enthusiasm truly inspiring. It is great to find people who share the same drive and determination to succeed in Plymouth. I really look forward to working with Lee and producing our first range of T-Shirts.

Lee’s companies statement sums up his passion nicely;

“channel-3” or “c-3” is a new creative style design brand. Born in the city of Plymouth, UK, and with roots within the snowboarding and skateboarding cultures, channel-3 has a very strong focus on design. Every aspect of the brand is driven with it’s aesthetics at the forefront. Combine all this with a passion for the arts and channel-3 becomes more than just another clothing label. It is a lifestyle brand.
